Ala Carte Menu with Organic meats -  Coming Soon!

 

We love organic meats!  Our organic meat purveyor – Blackwing Meats provides us with a Certified Organic beef, poultry, buffalo and more.  Not only richer in Omega 3's and CLA's but has less fat, calories and cholesterol than the non organic counterparts.

 

In particular, we love the 25,000 year old species of beef, known as Piedmontese Beef, which was brought to North America in the 1980's. Black Wing Meats 100% Organic Beef has been university tested and found to be more tender and flavorful than Angus Beef.

 

Certified organic meat, on the other hand, goes far beyond just avoiding artificial ingredients. It is a guarantee that the product went through strict health and safety control points before it got gets to your table.
